1. General

By accessing and using the Blohm website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Blohm is a South African womenswear brand operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Blohm reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Blohm does not store your payment information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Blohm cannot be held liable for delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on eligibility, process and timeframes. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return goods that are defective or not as described.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Blohm website — including images, copy, branding and design — is the intellectual property of Blohm and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.
