We want you to love every piece you receive from Blohm. If something is not quite right, we make the returns process as simple as possible.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Sale items, intimates and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@blohm.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size where stock is available. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blohm.co.za with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
