Orders
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Email info@blohm.co.za with your order number.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also view your order status in your account under My Orders.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT payments via Paystack. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Shipping
Standard delivery within South Africa takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Yes — all orders over R1,500 qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee of R150.
International shipping is not currently available, but it is something we are actively working towards. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when this changes.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Email returns@blohm.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing
We recommend checking our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Blohm pieces are designed with a relaxed, considered fit — if you are between sizes we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed silhouette.
Most pieces run true to size. Any exceptions are noted on the individual product page. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we will advise based on the specific garment.
Products
Care instructions vary by fabric and are printed on each garment label. As a general rule, we recommend cold machine wash or hand wash for most pieces. Avoid tumble drying where possible to preserve the quality of the fabric.
We are on a continuous journey to source more responsibly. We prioritise natural fibres including linen, cotton and silk, and we are actively working to increase our use of certified sustainable materials across all collections.
